Responsibility
- brand knowledge and maintaining image of TWG Tea
- responsible of ordering of stocks, inventory control, and ensure latest products and updated product catalogue are in the Salon & Boutique
- manage, coach, and train the team to build sustainable client relationships, ensuring that every client is provided with the best service
- accountable for developing the business and monitoring the store’s operations and budget
- responsible for recruiting and building highly motivated, trained, and engaged teams by providing regular feedback
- ensure and be accountable for profitability of the salon & boutique by growing sales and controlling costs of goods, inventory levels, manpower, supplies and expenses
- maintain a clean well-merchandised boutique, following visual presentation plans and standards
- ensure all staff are meeting the Company grooming standards and monitor all standard of procedures are adhered on daily basis
Requirements
- minimum 5 years' experience in F&B and Retail operations, preferably in fine-dining and luxury goods industry
- pleasant and well-groomed
- strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- customer service and results-oriented
- demonstrated ability to collaborate and the ability to lead and influence within a team environment
