  • utilising the centres office space
  • market research
  • mapping / local campaigning
  • negotiations
  • running the operation of hire rooms
  • creating a portfolio from scratch
  • finding potential businesses / companies to hire our rooms / offices out across most of our centres
  • putting their ‘own mark’ on the role

Requirements

  • previous sales experience would be highly desirable
  • have the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • multi tasking
  • excellent customer service skills, face to face, via email and telephone
  • good communication and interpersonal skills – ability to work in a team and independently
  • smart appearance
  • ability to adapt quickly to different situations
  • knowledge or understanding of room hire
