- able to work within a team to achieve objectives and high levels of customer satisfaction

Responsibility
- follow the company customer handling processes and ascertain the customer’s requirements
- ensure that customers are greeted in a professional manner, and the estimator formally introduces the company
- ensure that all customers’ data is effectively captured and recorded in a legible format onto the manual estimate sheet
- ensure all documentation is correct when transferring vehicles
- report any accidents, incidents to your Team Leader without delay
- maintain a high level of customer care/satisfaction
- carry out collection and delivery of customers vehicles as scheduled, completing all relevant paperwork with the customer, ensuring that the customer is treated in a professional and efficient manner
- to be aware of and adhere to all health and safety regulations and policies applicable to your position or environment
