showroom manager

Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • taking responsibility for running the showroom including greeting customers, demonstrating products, and assisting with ideas for displays/samples
  • assisting with marketing including Instagram to help grow footfall to the showroom
  • assisting with sales analysis to review conversion rates and to follow up on appointments
  • answering the phone, booking appointments and liaising with customers in relation to appointments, installations, payments and any post installation issues
  • liaising with the sales, manufacturing and installation teams to run calendars efficiently
  • maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
  • general office administration and housekeeping

Requirements

  • strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • proficient in time management to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • ability to work well under pressure and handle customer complaints or issues professionally
