Responsibility
- dealing with internal and external telephone queries and liaising with other Departments and Group Companies as required
- accept enquiries from various sources and evaluate Customer requirements
- liaise with customer and finance to set up customer accounts where needed
- prepare and produce Estimates with Terms and Conditions and issue to Customers
- maintain open orders and quotations to keep orderbook and forecast up to date
- review orders received against Purchase Orders and quotes issued, issue Order Acknowledgements and process completing all necessary documentation
- preparation of documentation for shipments as required
- prepare goods for shipment and liaise with the freight forwarder for pickup of the goods
