Responsibility

  • we are currently looking for an enthusiastic person to manage the queues in our busy Vodafone store in Chantry Place
  • you will be the face that welcomes customers into our busy retail environment
  • the ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to keep calm under varying levels of pressure
  • 8pm, mainly covering peak times
  • increase sales floor performance by delivering excellent service and efficiently managing busy inflows of customers
  • ensure that customers are acknowledged quickly and offer friendly, courteous and efficient service
  • you will find out customers needs and input their details into our queue management system whilst setting customers expectations of wait times
  • establish a good understanding of health and safety policies of the store and ensure that these are upheld
