Responsibility

  • line management and supervision of admin and care staff
  • high level oversight of work schedules and rotas
  • management of reviews / updates of Care Plans
  • management of recruitment and staff supervision
  • to compile and submit reports as required by the Director
  • to work alongside the Director in the delivery of high quality services
  • conducting initial client assessments
  • to build and lead the team in line with business growth

Requirements

  • management: 2 years
