- dog Care: Provide loving care for our friendly black labrador, including daily walk and feeding
- errands: Occasionally assist with errands such as grocery shopping or light household tasks
- other: Occasional other tasks including basic cooking, administrative tasks, tidying
- cultivate and maintain gardens by planting, pruning, weeding, and watering plants, including flower beds as well as vegetable garden
- checking the inventory across both properties to ensure they are fully equipped
