Responsibility
- assist in the preparation and handling of turf and landscaping materials
- load and unload trucks and trailers with the desired quantities
- bag aggregates with the various quantities and products
- maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working order
- follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- assist with site clean-up and organisation
- work collaboratively with team members to meet project / delivery deadlines
- perform general labour tasks including placing netting around pallets of turf in the field as they are cut and ready to be loaded onto HGV trailers
Requirements
- previous experience in landscaping or construction is preferred but not required
- ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy materials
- strong work ethic and reliability
- willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
- A valid clean driving licence
- A valid forklift licence is a plus
- wolverhampton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
