  • this is an exciting opportunity for Support Workers to also progress into an Acting Senior position as we strongly believe in progression opportunities
  • we work at a high standard and continue to provide support, training and will enrol you on the Level 4 children, young people and family practitioners qualification

Requirements

  • minimum of 1-2 yeas in children’s residential care
  • DRIVER – ESSENTIAL. Full clean licence required
  • have an understanding of Ofsted regulations
  • desirable - NVQ Level 3 in children and young people in residential care
  • experience and understanding of EBD and challenging behaviour
  • desirable - Proven and effective leadership and management skills
  • sensitive, empathic approach with resilient nature
  • reflective and reflexive practice
