Responsibility
- pro-actively chase damage debt from our customers clients or insurers
- agreeing payments within terms and conditions following our customers rules
- encourage and set up direct debits with customers to ensure regular payments are made
- ensuring payments are on track to be paid within the agreed terms
- chase overdue invoices and payments via telephone and email
- creating weekly debtor reports and accounts information
- as a Credit Controller, you will Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work as part of a wider team who are responsible for collecting outstanding damage debt from our rental customers clients and insurers
- attend weekly calls with the customer and provide updates
Requirements
- § Excellent numeracy skills
- § Customer service driven and have a real passion for working with people
- able to keep calm under pressure and a diplomatic but firm manner
- proficient data entry and processing skills
