Responsibility

  • your role will be to arrange training provided by our consultants to schools in venues and online
  • this will involve strong organisational and diary management skills
  • full training will be given
  • we are an innovative, market leading, and fast-growing company, looking for an Operations Administrator to join our highly skilled, friendly team
  • as our Operations Administrator, you will be liaising with colleagues and clients in order to keep on top of our programmes of school support from our head office
  • we work with over 4000 schools across the UK and overseas providing the highest quality training, support and digital software solutions
  • we are committed to providing only the best experience for all our clients, from booking to delivery to after-sales experience
  • you will need to liaise with clients, deal with enquiries, manage diaries, create zoom links, create sessions via our online platforms and share resources with our delegates

Requirements

  • experience of events coordination and/or operations organisation
  • relevant Bachelor degree and/or relevant prior experience
  • good telephone manner and written communication skills
  • understanding of the education marketplace is beneficial, but not essential
  • able to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
  • able to work in a busy office environment that often demands high levels of concentration
