Responsibility
- TSW Training is an award winning training provider based in Bridgend delivering apprenticeship programmes throughout South Wales
- following a period of sustained growth we are currently undertaking a restructure creating numerous new positions with the organisation
- the sucesful candidate will manage operational performance to ensure company key performances indicators are met
- manage a team of Training Advisors and the Lead IQA to ensure operational performance is in-line with quality and performance targets
- use data reports to effectively manage individual and team performance in line with internal and external requirements, addressing underperformance as needed
- provide quality and performance reports to Head of Route as needed
- lead monthly team meetings
- manage recruitment of apprentices in line with contractual and operational requirements
