Are you a coffee connoisseur with a knack for exceptional customer service? We’re in search of a dynamic Coffee Shop Manager to orchestrate the seamless operation of our much-loved coffee shop.
As the Coffee Shop Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our success. We need someone who will be proactive and resourceful, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. You’ll thrive working independently and you’ll have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Because delighting our customers is at the heart of what we do.
You will be responsible for managing the opening and closing procedures, utilising the REKKI app for ordering, utilising the SQUARE point of sale system, ensuring effective stock management, providing excellent customer service, maintaining equipment cleanliness, possessing head barista skills, ensuring compliance with food and hygiene regulations, and maintaining allergy awareness.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Open and close the coffee shop:
Follow a checklist to ensure all tasks related to opening and closing are completed efficiently and accurately.
Ensure that the coffee shop is prepared for operation
Responsibility: hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, location: Central London, Bermondsey, SE1, you will be responsible for managing the opening and closing procedures, utilising the REKKI app for ordering, utilising the SQUARE point of sale system, ensuring effective stock management, providing excellent customer service, maintaining equipment cleanliness, possessing head barista skills, ensuring compliance with food and hygiene regulations, and maintaining allergy awareness, ensure that the coffee shop is prepared for operation at the beginning of each day and securely closed at the end of the day

Requirements: professional level preparation of a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, as well as other hot and cold drinks, following standardised recipes and ensuring consistent quality, take customer orders, provide recommendations, and ensure accurate and efficient order fulfilment, contribute to the overall success of the coffee shop by actively suggesting process improvements, participating in training programs, and sharing feedback and ideas, previous experience in a managerial role within the coffee industry or catering establishments
