- processing tenancy applications and arranging viewings
- preparing tenancy agreements, inventories and schedules
- ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
- dealing with landlord and tenant enquiries
- liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- organising work orders and maintenance requests
- managing incoming inquiries via phone, email and face-to-face
Requirements
- previous letting or property industry experience ideally required
- good organisation
- we are looking for someone interested in the property sector who would like to work full time
- good communication skills
- driving license required
- good knowledge of Excel/task management
