Requirements
- excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided
- excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- highly motivated, reliable, with the commitment to complete activities
- ability to prioritise your own workload and that of your team
