Responsibility
- responsible for facilitating effective communication channels, conducting project meetings, and providing regular progress reports to team leads
- the Project Manager will have responsibility of efficiently managing multiple projects across different product lines and clients
- instrumental in successfully overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring that all project objectives are met and delivering high
- effective communication with the team
- quality results internally > product development and to clients for any bespoke work
- ensuring that everyone is well-informed and working together efficiently
- responsible for meeting and greeting clients, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- you will also assist in managing client inquiries and acting as a gatekeeper, filtering and prioritising communication to the CEO
Requirements
- exceptional friendliness, organisational skills and high standards are essential
- bubbly, and unfazed by tackling random things on a daily basis
- project / Portfolio management experience desired
- HR Policy creation would be a bonus but not essential
