- train and mentor staff on bar operations, including bartending techniques and customer service skills

- stay updated on industry trends and new products
Requirements
- proven experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or similar establishment
- strong knowledge of bartending techniques, and drink presentation
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
