Responsibility
- plan, develop, and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- manage the implementation of our iPads and Trunk software at customer sites
- collaborate with Sales, Product, Software Engineers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation process
- communicate project status to stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and senior management
- ensure successful deployment and adoption of the Trunk software
- configure and set up workflows within the application software
- provide technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams
- act as the primary point of contact for client questions and concerns
Requirements
- excellent people skills - able to quickly build rapport, build relationships and ask the right questions to understand challenges
- previous experience in software implementation and digital transformation experience is necessary for this role
- strong Project Management skills, and an eye for detail
- experience in the manufacturing and/or construction industry is preferred, as is the described set of personal skills above
- keen customer service skills - a personal mission for customer satisfaction
- confident to present at all levels - from factory floor to boardroom
- considerate and caring - important when training others on new systems
- A passion for software and finding efficiency by digitising processes
