Responsibility

  • always adhere to all Company policies and procedures and licensing laws
  • collect and bag all rubbish at all times in all areas
  • undertake any reasonable duties as dictated by the HC that are within skills and capabilities
  • take all relevant steps to minimalise risks by ensuring that any real or potential risks are reported to the HC immediately
  • washes up pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen and front of house items as necessary
  • keeps all hot plates, fridges, and other equipment clean and free from stains at all times in all areas
