Responsibility

  • responding to maintenance queries
  • professionally and effectively liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors; dealing with queries, issues and complaints
  • appointing and monitoring contractors, organising quotes for repair and maintenance on behalf of landlords
  • ensuring all checks are carried out as required by law, including GSCs, EPCs, EICRs, etc
  • arranging mid-term inspections on properties
  • arranging the return of security deposits and any claims arising from the check outs
  • creating new tenancies and organising renewals
  • ensuring the tenant fulfills their obligations as set out in the tenancy agreement

Requirements

  • previous experience in lettings property management
  • excellent communication skills
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • the ability to prioritise, multi-task and work under pressure
  • be pro-Active, Hardworking and dedicated
  • have a positive approach toward all tasks
