- trueform, a pioneering technology and manufacturing company, provide leading products for all modes of Passenger Transport and Active Travel
- trueform develop and harness leading technology and advanced manufacturing techniques to create innovative, market leading products and infrastructure for public spaces
- identify and pursue new business opportunities
- develop winning strategies and participate in the preparation of proposals for prospective new business
- take a proactive role in closing new business opportunities and provide sales leadership
- as such you will need to have significant experience in the sector
- cultivate and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management
- promote Trueform’s designs, design and manufacturing capabilities, and assist in coordinating events
Requirements
- previous experience in Sales/Business Development/Client Account Management, in the bus shelter sector
- strong sales traits, including tenacity, competitiveness, persuasiveness, and exceptional interpersonal skills
- familiarity with Engineering, Procurement, Construction Sales processes
- task-oriented mindset, focused on winning new business and achieving sales targets
- knowledge and understanding of the local authority market and procurement
- strong team player with high ethical standards and a reputation for integrity among clients
- excellent communication and human relations skills, including written, verbal, and client service abilities
- self-motivated and capable of quick thinking and anticipating client needs
