workshop manager
Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- essential duties and responsibilities
- at all times strive to exceed depot key performance indicators
- lead and motivate staff
- build and develop customer relationships through the provision of excellent customer service
- the Workshop Controller is responsible for the smooth running of the Workshop. Overseeing the Technician team, ensuring key performance indicators are achieved, whilst maintaining positive relationships with our customers
- liaise with parts department to ensure planned work is fully catered for
- ensure Health & Safety regulations and safe working practices are adhered to
- ensure appropriate clocking’s are made and all job cards and service sheets are completed in a timely manner
Education
- technical Qualification or proven experience repairing & maintaining vehicles
- current driving licence
- autoline 8.35 use
- supervisory or management experience
- LGV/HGV licence
Requirements
- § Extensive technical knowledge
- § General knowledge of the industry
- § Current driving licence
- § Management of personnel preferred
- § Ability to work within a team
- § Computer literate
- § Excellent organisation and analytical skills
