Responsibility

  • in the Store managers absence, you will be expected to step up and take on their responsibilities
  • we are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager or Supervisor to join our team at our new store in Beverley. This is a full time, permanent position and requires flexibility to work daytime and weekend shifts
  • as an Assistant Manager, you will support your Store Manager in the running of the store by helping to lead a team of staff to provide the best store possible for our customers

Requirements

  • ordering and managing store stock levels
  • planning and organising and planning staff rota's
  • ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent customer service and store standards
  • provide staff members with correct training, skills and knowledge for them to achieve within the business
  • to ensure store and staff operate to ensure the store meets all legal requirements
  • manage the opening and closing of the store
