- tracking and updating customers on their deliveries
- maintaining the CRM system
- upselling to existing customers
- assisting with daily administration
Requirements
- two years’ experience in a customer service-based role
- excellent written, verbal, and image communication skills
- ability to think on your feet, and learn fast
- passionate about improving the customer experience
- has a proven track record of being able to prioritise own workload
