Responsibility
- the Mines Rescue Shift Manager will be the responsible person for the team, once the team is operational
- corporately to ensure Triton Risk Management are professionally represented at all times
- triton Risk Management have an exciting opportunity for a Mines Rescue Shift Manager to join the team on a prestigious new mining project in North Yorkshire
- this position is responsible in an operational capacity for responding as part of a Mines Rescue Team, to deliver an effect and efficient Mines Rescue Service
- this position will be part of a 24/7 ‘On Call’ duty system to fully meet and surpass the requirements stipulated in the Mines Regulations 2014
- to ensure Triton Risk Management maintains an effective and efficient mines rescue provision, The role of the Mines Rescue Shift Manager is responsible in an operational capacity for supervising the Mines Rescue Team whilst responding to an Incident
- to ensure organisational policy and procedures are followed and by working collaboratively and in partnership to ensure compliance with all statutory and legislative requirements
- functionally this relates to managing of the day-to-day running of the Mines Rescue Teams to ensure compliance with all statutory and legislative requirements. Ensuring shift personnel are ready to respond at all times
