Responsibility

  • providing excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants, ensuring their needs and queries are addressed promptly and professionally
  • arranging tenancy agreements, payments, contract signing, deposit registration, and other associated paperwork efficiently and accurately

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of property, block, or lettings management experience
  • experience in student lettings is preferred but not mandatory
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with landlords, tenants, and colleagues
  • strong interpersonal skills to build and develop strong relationships with various stakeholders
  • ability to establish priorities and manage a complex workload, demonstrating flexibility and initiative
  • attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks
  • possession of a full, UK clean driving license and access to your own car
