Responsibility
- managing day to day delivery of cleaning services across multiple sites in Cambridgeshire
- budgetary responsibility to maintain viability of contracts and operating region
- planning and managing teams to ensure all the contracts are fully supported
- ensure correct hours are being worked and recorded for payroll purposes
- ensure material stock levels are maintained and adhered to
- recruiting and training of new employees
- managing sickness and holiday cover
- accountable for adherence to company policies and processes across all locations and ensuring that all the colleagues operate in a safe manner and healthy working environment
Requirements
- excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly at all levels
- effective people management skills, developing weaknesses and encouraging growth
- great time management and “a can due” attitude
- full driving license is essential
- previous experience of leading teams of cleaners across several different sites and locations is essential, along with the ability to demonstrate focus on clients and delivering a quality service
- management in commercial cleaning: 3 years
