- at Trinity Farm, we are a mixture of old and new
- earlier this year we relaunched the farm shop and cafe on site to sell healthy, local food
- to this end we will provide a base salary, and share profits
- trinity Farm, a Biodynamic/Organic Farm in Nottingham are looking for an entrepreneurially minded chef to join the team and grow a socially conscious café
- exact amounts are negotiable
- we are, based in the small village of Cossall, on the edge of Nottingham city, near the birthplace of DH Lawrence, and only a short drive from the Peak District

- the farm was set up 33 years ago by a husband-and-wife team, Lew and Cheryl, with the intention of both providing a better life for their sons while growing a environmentally minded community, in this they have supported local schools and charity initiatives, and have trained people from all over the world in organic and biodynamic farming methods
Requirements
- culinary qualifications preferred but not required
- must be passionate about Organic food and have a willingness to learn about Biodynamics
- must be able to communicate effectively with customers and other team members
- chef: 1 year
- cooking: 1 year
- 2+ years experience in the restaurant industry preferred
