Requirements
- qualified to at least degree level in the relevant subject
- qualified to at least degree level
- ability to teach Humanities subjects to GCSE Level
- experience of teaching at Secondary School Level

- the successful candidate will be able to teach Humanities across both Key Stages 3 and 4
- we are looking for a Teacher who demonstrates a personal Christian faith and is confident in discussing this with others

Responsibility
- to plan and prepare effective teaching schemes and lessons
- to teach engaging and effective lessons that motivate, inspire and improve pupil attainment
- to produce/contribute to oral and written assessments, reports and references relating to individual and groups of pupils
- to ensure that all pupils achieve their expected progress and potential
- to promote the inclusion of all pupils, ensuring they have equal opportunities to learn and develop
- to integrate biblical principles and the Christian philosophy of education throughout the curriculum, in accordance with the school’s vision and statement of faith. This is an occupational requirement
- to use regular assessments to set targets for pupils, monitor pupil progress and respond accordingly to the results of such monitoring
- to provide or contribute to oral and written assessments, reports and references relating to individual pupils and groups of pupils
