Responsibility
- you will be responsible for the safe and efficient use of manual handling equipment or vehicles which you’ll operate
- ensure the delivery of raw materials to production lines in accordance with production schedules
- picking orders and wrapping equipment for safe delivery
- prepare and setup multifunctional devices in preparation for delivery and installation
- load and unload vehicles as and when required
- driving the company van for customer deliveries or collections, always ensuring a professional service to uphold the company’s reputation
- to be able to assist the Engineering team with certain tasks
- carry out stock takes/PI counts at regular intervals
Requirements
- able to work unsupervised and sometimes within a time pressured environment
- valid Reach and Counterbalance licence
- warehouse experience
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- proven experience working in a warehouse setting
- good numerical skills
- A full clean UK Drivers Licence
- pallet truck experience
