- we require an experienced administrator to work in our Service Department for our medical servicing and supplies business in Horsham to work full time
- based at our office in Foundry Lane, the successful applicant will need to be experienced in administration, highly organized with an excellent telephone manner and some geographic knowledge of the United Kingdom
- as we are a small family run business, the role will involve all aspects of service administration for our busy Service Dept, there will be some proactive service work as well as some office administration to assist the administration team
- dealing with customer enquiries relating to service/repair/reupholstery and where necessary liaising with our workshop or field team
- invoicing when the jobs are complete, or sending proforma invoices for non-credit account holders
