Responsibility
- cost Estimation
- develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labour, equipment, and other project-related expenses
- analyse project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to identify cost components
- collaborate with project managers and site team to refine estimates and incorporate project-specific details
- continuously seek opportunities to improve supplier relationships and enhance procurement processes
- generate reports detailing procurement and cost estimation status for project stakeholders
- stay informed about market trends, industry regulations, and economic factors that could impact project costs
- foster effective communication and collaboration with accounting to ensure that the set controls are met any anomalies dealt with in a timely manner
