hr generalist
Responsibility
- collect interview feedback, maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System
- register and represent the company at select University Career Fairs
- source talent for the Tricon Academia program in support of the company’s hiring strategy
- help new hires integrate into the company culture by providing orientation, training materials and assistance with initial onboarding procedures
- uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations
- maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and benefits enrollment
- contribute to the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- develop and coordinate training initiatives and team building activities for the London office
Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certifications a plus
- experience with BambooHR or another HRIS a plus
- knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
- demonstrated sense of urgency working in a fast-paced environment
- strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
