Responsibility
- store management
- driving day to day operations and managing the allotted store budget
- support the Assistant Store Managers in manage relationships with suppliers and ensure adequate stock and equipment levels for Mixology are maintained
- people Management
- build, manage and nurture a high performing team – train new starters and develop existing team members through performance management tools
- customer Service
- manage and resolve maintenance issues across the TRIB3 store and studio, ensuring your store is health and safety compliant at all times
- lead by example and provide outstanding next-level customer service, in person, over the phone and via email
Requirements
- knowledge of people management procedures and practices as well as health and safety matters
- work experience in customer service and/or sales role
- experience managing a budget – tracking sales and costs
- demonstrable ability to work under pressure and motivate teams is key
- level 2 certification in fitness instructing or equivalent desired but not essential
