- ▫ Instructing the FOH on shift to keep them focused on the right tasks
- ▫ Preferably first aid trained but not essential
- ▫ Driving the FOH team to achieve sales targets by following the sales process
- ▫ Level 2 gym instructing qualification preferred but not essential
- ▫ Share and brake down targets to keep the FOH on track
- ▫ Ensuring the appropriate store processes are working and being delivered so the store is clean and well organised
Responsibility
- ▫ To manage and oversee the Student Ambassadors programme to ensure they’re all performing to the agreed requirements
