viewings Coordination: Organize and schedule property viewings for prospective tenants, ensuring smooth communication between landlords, tenants, and the lettings team
appointment Booking: Efficiently book viewings, meetings, and appointments with prospective tenants, ensuring calendars are managed effectively
tenant Communication: Handle inquiries from potential tenants, provide information on properties, and communicate updates regarding viewings and applications
customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to potential tenants, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the process
