Requirements
- service advisor: 1 year
- experience: Significant experience in a managerial role within a social care or supported accommodation setting, specifically working with young people
- qualifications: Relevant qualifications in social care, youth work, or a related field
- skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to build positive relationships with young people, staff, and external partners
- knowledge: Strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and relevant legislation and policies affecting young people in supported accommodation
