budget Management: Manage the service budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately and financial targets are met
leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership and management to the staff team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment. Ensure staff are well-trained, motivated, and supported in their roles
service Delivery: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the supported accommodation, ensuring that services meet the highest standards of care and compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
Requirements
service advisor: 1 year
experience: Significant experience in a managerial role within a social care or supported accommodation setting, specifically working with young people
qualifications: Relevant qualifications in social care, youth work, or a related field
skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to build positive relationships with young people, staff, and external partners
knowledge: Strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and relevant legislation and policies affecting young people in supported accommodation
