Responsibility
- deliver outstanding customer service in a busy little cafe which is open daily 0900-1600 until the end of September
- efficiently manage staff, including rota planning, due diligence and team building
- maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and compliance, including a full knowledge of food safety
- manage stock ordering and build local supplier relationships, promoting the use of Cornish produce and supporting small businesses
- the Deputy would provide support to all aspects of this role with the ability to cover management when required
- we are based between Truro and St Austell and open over a 7 month season
- due to our rural location own transport is essential
