- liaising with the Partners to ensure the timely and accurate completion of payroll works for the client where necessary
- liaising with the Partners to ensure the timely and accurate completion of personal tax works for your client portfolio
- reviewing accounts files of Client Services staff
- dealing with emails and client queries in a timely manner
- holding meetings with clients where necessary, both individually and in conjunction with Partners, as appropriate
