Responsibility
- leading the technology vision and strategy of TRENDiPEOPLE, aligning it with the company's overall goals and objectives
- overseeing the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from ideation and design to implementation and maintenance
- architecting and building robust, scalable, and secure web, mobile, and API solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences
- collaborating closely with the product and design teams to transform ideas into functional, innovative features
- mentoring and managing a team of talented developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
- ensuring the implementation of best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance measures
- staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and integrating relevant advancements into the company's tech stack
Requirements
- extensive experience in full stack development with proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies
- proficiency in web development using modern frameworks to build responsive and visually appealing interfaces
- strong expertise in mobile app development, particularly with Flutter, to create engaging and cross-platform mobile applications
- proficiency in designing and developing APIs, ensuring scalability, security, and optimal performance
- solid understanding of cloud platforms and deployment strategies
- proven track record of designing and optimising databases for efficient data storage and retrieval
- familiarity with DevOps practices, version control systems , and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines
- experience working in Agile development environments and the ability to lead and collaborate within cross-functional teams
