Responsibility
- develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to each service users needs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- manage daily operations within the office environment
- conduct regular assessments of service users' health and wellbeing, adjusting care plans as needed
- foster a positive environment that promotes dignity, respect, and independence among service users and staff
- collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for all service users
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in dementia care and senior living
- to share on call phone with 3 other colleagues each month
Requirements
- experience in developing and managing care plans effectively
- excellent supervisory skills with a track record of fostering teamwork among staff
- knowledge of medication administration protocols and compliance requirements
- exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with service users, families, and team members
- to either have a Level 5 in Leadership and Management or to be willing to achieve this in 12-18 months
