Responsibility

  • co-manage induction and ongoing training for reservation staff
  • develop and maintain monitoring formats and quality standards
  • conduct 70% of call monitoring for the reservations team, offering feedback and trend data to team leaders and management
  • offer actionable data to internal support groups when necessary
  • organise and lead call calibration sessions for the call centre team
  • identify common customer issues, enhance the customer experience, and standardise communication and processes with customers
  • share feedback with call centre team leaders and managers
  • prepare and analyse quality reports for management review

Requirements

  • must have leadership experience in a contact centre, including call listening, scoring, quality assessment, and training
  • excellent analytical skills
  • strong ability to manage time effectively
  • exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • provide clear and timely feedback to Consultants and Team Leaders
  • committed to delivering excellent customer service
  • self-motivated and adaptable
  • skilled in collaborating with individuals at all levels
