SummaryThe primary task of the receptionist is to greet customers as they enter the Centre, answer the phone, handle bookings and session payments, ensure registration documents are completed where required, respond to general enquiries, help address any problems arising from the visitor/customer experience and carry out any organisational clerical duties and tasks that support the smooth running of the business.As the first point of contact for many centre users this role requires you to possess a high level of customer service skills. Greeting customers as they walk in the door is a common requirement of the position, so it is essential to be of a friendly disposition.As a Receptionist at Transition Extreme you will perform the following tasks:Dealing with customers & visitors; taking bookings and processing payments; Ensuring registration and other documentation is complete and accurately inputted to systems.Answering telephone calls.Supporting management as required administratively; ensuring safety of customers.Referring people to other employees as necessary.Skills:It would be good if you could demonstrate or show how you have experience ofIT skills.good written and spoken communication abilities.Being able to work under pressure.interpersonal abilities.good memory for faces and appointments.Being polite and courteous.Being well organised.Having high attention to details.Being able to prioritise workload.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePart-time hours: 15-25 per weekSalary: From ÂŁ10.42 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftWork Location: In person
