  • preferred qualifications include experience in caretaking, building maintenance, or estate/facilities management
  • conduct daily inspections of communal areas to identify repair needs, perform minor repairs within the estate as necessary, maintain cleanliness and tidiness of communal areas, including landscaping duties, address maintenance and cleaning issues within the estate promptly, conduct property viewings, foster positive relationships with local occupiers
