- working with clients to develop bespoke E-Learning Modules for their organisation
- support the reviewing process for E-Learning content and materials
- learning Management System administration
- FTP administration
- technical customer support for e-learning content and LMS platform
- monitor and action user feedback to help improve quality of the courses
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- proficient computer skills and enjoy working in a technical role
- experience of using E-Learning Authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline
- A logical and creative thinker who enjoys the challenge of problem solving
- excellent communicator with a positive can-do attitude
- basic knowledge of HTML and XML
- A friendly and approachable telephone manner
- ability to work individually and as part of the wider team
- be self-motivated and well-organised
