Responsibility
- participate in the preparation of the classroom
- monitor children’s needs and reporting these to a designated person
- keep records as required by the School
- train Together are working with two Outstanding special schools which cater for students with moderate and severe learning difficulties and complex needs. These students are from the local community and across Lincolnshire
- have familiarity with all relevant statements of special educational needs specific to the child
- we are looking for hardworking and enthusiastic Apprentice Teaching Assistant's to support the Teacher within class across a range of child centered activities to promote child development and learning
- promote development and learning . Foster growth, self-esteem and independence, observe and record development
- full training will be given together with working towards a Teaching Assistant Approved Standard L3 or L4 depending upon experience and existing qualifications
