Responsibility

  • produce visuals, provide updates, and address any concerns or feedback
  • build and maintain strong client relationships
  • identify goods/ materials required for each project, ensuring that these are ordered in line with works schedules
  • monitor goods/ materials availability and make adjustments as required
  • client Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to understand project requirements
  • ensure completed project details are communicated for invoicing
  • resources Allocation: Work closely with team members, producing work schedules so that resources can be allocated effectively
  • project Coordination: Communicate with clients/ Trading Spaces team to source appropriate materials/ goods and develop quotations. Coordinate project progress, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget
