- trading Post Coffee Roasters is an artisan coffee roasting and hospitality business that is the soul of the Brighton coffee scene
- since opening in 2017, Trading Post has expanded to serve freshly roasted coffee, food, and cocktails across Brighton and Sussex
- exceptional coffee and quality food is at the heart of what we do and who we are, and we always aspire to deliver the best quality, consistency, and hospitality in all our Coffee Houses

- we are looking for a General Manager who embodies the hospitality industry and coffee culture, and is passionate about progressing their career to join our team
- what You Can Expect Your Responsibilities to Be
- as an General Manager you will be of the face of your Coffee House and we expect you to run your Coffee House in style, support your team to deliver an amazing guest experience every time, to exceed targets, drive sales and strong commercial performance, and engage your team to meet their goals
