  • strong knowledge of the local property market in Manchester
  • excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • proficient in handling administrative tasks and managing paperwork
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach to work
  • sound understanding of lettings regulations and compliance
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle

Responsibility

  • listing and marketing available rental properties in our portfolio
  • conducting property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of each property
  • building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, ensuring their needs are met
  • negotiating rental terms and tenancy agreements between landlords and tenants
  • managing tenant screening, including reference checks and suitability assessments
  • staying up-to-date with letting laws and regulations, ensuring compliance
  • conducting market research to advise landlords on competitive rental prices
  • overseeing and supporting a team of lettings negotiators
